6-Month Warranty from the time of purchase: Covers manufacturing defects.
1. What's Covered:
Manufacturing defects in the pump motor.
A replacement motor will be provided if deemed faulty.
2. What's Not Covered:
Silicone accessories (e.g., valves, milk collectors, flanges, diaphragms).
Issues caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
How to Submit a Claim
1. Provide your order purchase date and product usage time.
2. Share clear photos or videos highlighting the issue (e.g., charging, suction, or noise problems).
3. Contact us with this evidence to assess your claim.
Note: Verified defects will receive a replacement motor.
